At Bassetlaw District Council we work extremely hard to provide you with the services you need along with the customer service you expect.

As part of this it is important to listen to our customers when you feel we have done something wrong.

Once you have provided us with the details of your complaint we will acknowledge this within five days and respond to you within 15 days.

If you are not happy with our response, we will advise you of the further stages of our complaints procedure.

Please note; if your complaint is about something you would like the Council to do, for example, complain about the litter on your street, complain about dog fouling, complain about anti-social behaviour, this is a request for a service or information.
