Call for Sites Pro Forma
Bassetlaw District Council is carrying out a call for sites to help build a trajectory of available land in the borough and to consider possible site allocations in the emerging Local Plan. You are invited to consider submitting proposals for sites which could accommodate new residential development of 5 or more dwellings, new employment development of 0.25ha or more, retail development, Gypsy and Traveller sites, and any other type of development.
If you would like a site to be considered for development, please complete this form. Your submissions should reach us by the 8th January 2016. Please use a separate form for each site. If the site is large or complex please provide additional documentation.
Please note that sites submitted will be openly available to the public and the information submitted will not be treated as confidential. It is the responsibility of the respondent to provide accurate information. If there are any gaps in information, such as ownership details, we may not be able to consider the site.

Please note that while details of sites submitted to the Council will be published in a document that will be available to the public, no personal data will be published.
