Since the beginning of the Coronavirus Pandemic and the subsequent lockdown period, we’ve all had to live our lives very differently which has made for a very challenging and often difficult time. As your landlord we’ve had to make some changes to our services and communicate with you in different ways, for example, via email, social media and our website.

Unfortunately, during this time we have also had to close our buildings to the public, including community centres, suspend face-to-face appointments, and cancel all resident meetings.

We are now looking at how we start to re-engage with all of our tenants whilst still observing social distancing and other Government guidelines.

As part of this we are exploring the possibility of engaging and communicating with tenants in a more digital way. The following survey will help us to establish the level of demand for digital services and the support we may need to put in place for tenants.
