Information

Before you start to complete the grant application form you will need the following information to hand:

•Business rates bill – if applicable (if you receive Small Business Rates Relief (SBRR) you will need your rates bill too) to provide your business rates reference number and property rateable value (not the amount you pay)

•Bank Account Statement – to upload to validate the payment details – the statement must show the account name, sort code and account number and the name of the business or individual needs to match the details on your business rates bill or property lease

PLEASE NOTE: If information and evidence requested to support your application isn’t provided then we you will receive an email notifying you that your application has been closed and you will need to reapply providing all the information requested based on your business circumstances. The Council has a limited time window to administer grants and recognises the urgency to get the grant payments out to businesses so we do not have the capacity to stop reviewing applications to carry out follow-up calls to request missing information as this will slow the process down.
