Under the GDPR 2016 and DPA 2018, Bassetlaw District Council, Queen’s Building, Potter Street, Worksop, Notts, S80 2AH is a Data Controller for the information it holds about you. The Council will hold all personal data provided by you to administrate the assisted collection service, including contacting you in relation to future service requirements. Your personal information may also be processed to facilitate the provision of services in respect of any of the Council's activities or for the prevention and detection of crime and fraud. The information will not be shared with any other third party for marketing purpose. The lawful basis under which the Council uses your personal data for this purpose is your Consent. You can withdraw your Consent at any time by contacting envservicesadmin@bassetlaw.gov.uk. Your data will be held in accordance with the Council’s retention policy.
