URL has expired

What is a test URL?

When you click the Test button on the Self-Service dialog to view the form, the URL that is generated causes the form to be displayed in testing mode.

In testing mode, no caching of data takes place, so changes are visible immediately. You can also view the form even if the publishing settings are set to make the form offline.

Why do test URLs expire?

A test URL will expire 1 hour after it is created. This is to ensure that test URLs are not circulated to users as a way of accessing the form in production.

How can I identify a test URL?

A test URL can be identified by the presence of the b= parameter in the query string.

Note that the "refresh=1" parameter has no effect on the rendering of the form and is only for use with the legacy renderer.
